At Shadescape, we’re more than just a business - we’re a family. Founded in 2015 by brothers Sam and Jack, we’ve been crafting bespoke outdoor canopies with care and passion for a decade. Our journey started in our parents’ garage, driven by a simple idea: outdoor shade solutions should feel like a natural extension of your home, not just an add-on.

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces that bring people together. Our Process is Simple, Personal, and Stress-Free

From the moment you reach out, we make the process easy and personal. We’ll start with a friendly, no-obligation onsite consultation to understand your vision and find the perfect design for your space. Next, we’ll send you a 3D design of your proposed canopy so you can visualise how it will look. Once you’re happy with the design and accept the quote, we’ll do a final measure before getting to work.

Every canopy is custom-built in our Wairau factory, using premium materials and expert craftsmanship. Once it’s anodised and powder-coated for durability, our installation team will bring it to life in your space. Throughout the entire process, we’re here to ensure everything runs smoothly, with clear communication and attention to detail.
